5. AI Moderation

The Platform uses automated AI moderation systems to detect and prevent violations. These systems may analyze text messages and video frames in real-time. By using the Platform, you consent to this automated moderation.

6. Reporting and Enforcement

Users may report violations using the in-app reporting system. We investigate reports and may take actions including warnings, temporary bans, or permanent account termination. Repeated violations result in escalating consequences.

7. Premium Services

Premium subscriptions and credit purchases are processed through Stripe. All payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, the behavior of other users, or the accuracy of our moderation systems.
